Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted at Hetzner, Nürnberg. Each request is logged with IP address, time, requested page and browser identification, for the purpose of operating the service securely (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

Account and single sign-on

Signing in happens through our identity provider at auth.zpliz.com. We store your name, email address and the identifier the identity provider assigns to you, so your events, runs and devices can be linked to your account (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).

Timing data

When a timing device uploads a read-out, we store the punch times, the resulting splits and the assignment to a course and a runner. Results of public events are visible to everyone; results of private events are visible to the organizer and to the runner concerned.

Contact form

What you enter in the contact form is sent to us by email and kept until your enquiry is settled (Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Cookies and embedded content

We set only cookies needed to operate the site; they are listed on the cookie page. Fonts and icons are served from this site. The video on the start page contacts YouTube only after you click it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
